Today was such a fun day. We started the day off with a morning trip to Express Ranch to visit the Clydesdale Horses. Paul was a little shy about petting the horses but his eyes were as big as quarters when he stared at them. He got to play in the grass with all the other little kiddos and got his first grass stains on his shorts.
Tonight we took Paul to Chuck E Cheese to ride some rides. He got a giant sticker which said he was the birthday star, which of course he kept trying to eat. He loves driving cars and trains, except he can't figure out who is riding with him. He tried to give Barney a kiss tonight, but Mommy prevented that because all I could think about was germs.
I think Paul had a great birthday! Thanks to everyone for the B-day phone calls and facebook messages. Tomorrow we are on our way to birthday # 2. Time flies when your having fun!!
