A Break From the Heat

This morning we finally had a break from the heat!!! It was a beautiful 73 degrees this morning so I took the boys to the park to feed the ducks, with all the leftover hamburger buns from Paul's party!!

Every time we go to Route 66 park we are never disappointed! There are always a ton of ducks that come right up to eat

Paul kept randomly standing in the front of the ducks and saying "cheese" so I could take his picture

This white duck was his favorite friend!

Ate the bun right out of his hand!

The ducks herded Paul to get him alone so they could steal his bread!

We took a walk around the pond and Paul's the only kid I know that was totally entertained by the bridge.

He wanted to stay and play on it and loved that there was water under us.

He was saying "cool....water.....look" over and over

Joseph was worn out and took his morning nap while walking around the park

We had a pretty fun morning! We headed home and are enjoying some nice cold Burpees!!!! (translation: Slurpee)
