Gran is in town this weekend and graciously offered to babysit Paul so Dave and I could get some "alone" time. We jumped at the opportunity and spent the day at the Oklahoma State Fair. It was such a beautiful day out and we managed only to eat food that was on a stick! Pizza, corn dog, fried garlic potatoes, and fried snickers - All on a stick, All delicious.
While casually walking by, Jason White, Billy Sims, and Steve Owens recognized Team Thompson and immediately asked for a photo op. We granted them their request in exchange for an autographed football signed by all three. For our readers who do not know who these great men are - they are the three Heisman winners from the University of Oklahoma.
