We started celebrating Father's Day on Wednesday with our big gift for Dave. He had his Chi' aligned at the Harmony Health Center, with acupuncture therapy. Dave's always been very curious about acupuncture so we decided to surprise him and his Chi'. Paul and I didn't get to go and take pictures of Dave with needles everywhere, but he said that he had about 50+ needles in him, everywhere from his forehead, fingertips, hips, ankles, and knees, while they played "visualization" messages. He said it was a pretty good time and when he got home he claimed to be "CLEAR". Curious........
Dave took home a couple needles for a souvenir.
On Friday we all went down to bricktown to take him out for BBQ and Bass Pro Shop. We got a little break in the extreme heat so we walked around the canals for a little bit before it was so humid we were drenched! Paul tried to make friends with the fish at Bass Pro Shop and tried to eat the glass.
Then we came home and gave Daddy our most exciting gift. Paul and Goose made Daddy a plaque with their footprints for the Best Daddy Ever! When Paul showed it to Dave he kept pointing at the Worlds Greatest Dad sticker! Who says baby's don't communicate!
Saturday Gran came down to OKC for a little grilling and Paul time. We made Dave all his favorite foods which turned out to be quite a feast.
Today were taking it easy, just relaxing and playing with Paul.
DAVE - You are the most wonderful husband, father, and friend! Paul, Goose, and I are the luckiest and so very blessed people/dog in the world to have you in our lives. Thanks for all you do for us and our family. You ARE the World's Greatest Dad!!!
