Laborless Day

Labor Day weekend was all fun NO labor!!  Matt and Her (Paul's name for Jennifer) came down Friday night while the rest of the clan (Grandma, Grandpa, Jacob, Cheryl, and Steve) came down Saturday afternoon!  Paul had so much fun with everyone.  They collected nuts, played trucks, went swimming, played on the beach, ran up and down the hill, drove the tractor, drove the golf cart, and invented some new games.....they totally wiped Paul out!  He was an endless ball of energy this weekend and just loved having everyone around!  Sunday afternoon, we headed to the Festival of the Testicle! Yep, you read that right, BALLS!!  The neighborhood had a huge BBQ where they fried up lamb and cow balls to chow on.  We all tried them (not G of course ;), and the consensus was......alright but not great.  Paul and G participated in the 3 legged race and got 3rd place.  Paul didn't know what to think about having his leg taped to G's but he really got into it and wanted to do "more"!  Daddy and Paul had their first pinata experience and Paul didn't disappoint.  He went right in there and grabbed some candy from the ground and was so excited that he got a piece!  Pops and G also did the wet t-shirt contest......a frozen wet t-shirt contest.  Pops and G got 1st place and were absolutely hysterical trying to unwrap and put on a frozen t-shirt!  They made quite a name for themselves:)  I wish every weekend was as fun as this past one!
