Joseph's Doctor Appointment

When your the Mom of a kid like Joseph, you have to take pictures of his cuteness at the doctors office!  I took him into the doctor this morning for a suspected ear infection and the cute little boy but on a total show of his cuteness!  He thought he was the coolest guy in the room sitting in a big boy chair.  He was all smiles and laughing making all the sickos in the doctors office smile!  I guess he knows that laughter is the best medicine!
