Babes, Trains & Snow Cones!

Tonight we had a wonderful dinner at Babes Chicken, our favorite Frisco joint!  Dave said it best tonight, "Babes is the Redneck version of Fogo De Chao!"  Couldn't Agree More!  We stuffed ourselves with all that delicious home cooking and on our way out....we had to stop at the antique tractor they have outside!  Both Paul and Joseph took a little ride with Daddy.

Even though our car told us the temperature outside was 114, we decided to hit the old Frisco train station to look at their shiney black train.  Paul informed us that this is called a "steamy".  He told us all the parts of the train and how it worked.  If you guessed, he's really into Thomas the Train right now!

Joseph kept waving "hi" to the choo-choo

Daddy taught Paul how to balance on the train tracks...I was waiting for him to fall so I could snap a pic!

It was too hot out tonight to drink anything but a snow cone! So we waited in line, while Paul scooped rocks with his new dirt scooper, and just had to keep a couple rocks in his pockets to bring home.  You can't really see it in this picture, but he has about 3 huge rocks in each pocket!

Paul's favorite is a GREEN snow cone and Mommy's favorite is rainbow!!

Paul thought it was so funny that his snow cone turned his tongue green!  He must have shown it to us at least 20 times and I caught him looking at himself in the mirror three separate times.  It's the simple things in life!!!!
