Happy Halloween!

This year Halloween was on Saturday night (not really sure why) so Pops and G came to OKC to partake in the fun!  We started the festivities with a little pumpkin carving!  Paul loved watching us all carve pumpkins but wouldn't stick his hand in the goo!  He watched and said "EEEEWWWWW!"  every time more goo was pulled out.  Then we dressed everyone up - Paul was a cowboy riding a horse, Joseph was a bear, Goose was a turtle, and Chili was a squirrel - and headed out to trick or treat!  Paul REALLY got into it and loved going to the neighbors door and opening his bag for some candy!  We had to go to the same house 6 times because they had some cool lights, music, and a "happy" ghost on the door :)   We trick or treated for 2 hours!!!  Paul hauled in some great candy that we ended up giving most of it away to all the trick or treaters we had.  Our neighborhood is FULL of kids.  I bought 6 huge bags of candy and it was gone before we knew it!  Paul got huge kick out of answering the door each time the doorbell rang!  He had his Halloween pj's on and ran as fast as he could to the door so he could open it and put candy in the kids bags.  It was the cutest thing!  He got to stay up late, eat a couple pieces of candy, and play with Pops and G until  930!  Once he was in bed the poor boy fell asleep so fast - totally worn out!  This has been the best Halloween we've ever had and I really look forward to next year! I LOVE BEING PARENTS!!!!!!
