Viva Mexico

Just got back from the most relaxing trip of our lives!!  Riviera Maya is truly paradise.  We stayed at the El Dorado Royale and thought is was absolute perfection!  The resort was beautiful, romantic, seclusive, fun, huge, clean - it operated like a city!  Totally impressed!!  All inclusive is definitely the way to go!  The food was fantastic and Dave and I managed to try all the restaurants!  We visited Chichen Itza on Friday and it was spectacular!  It was a lot bigger than I had imagined!  We took a small plane to Chichen Itza which was a completely scary experience.  It only held 4 people and looked like it was made in the 60's!  Dave flew co-pilot and actually flew the plane for about 15 minutes.  None of us noticed he was flying until he dropped evaluation and jolted everyone a little bit.  Needless to say, Dave's flying was over - the British couple that came with us were pretty nervous!  We ventured into Playa Del Carmen for an afternoon, shopped, drank a couple margaritas, and came back with a Sombrero and a Ukulele for Paul.  Other than that, we didn't leave the resort much.  There really wasn't any need too.  It had everything you could possibly want, at any time, a phone call away.  TOTAL RELAXATION!!!

Thanks Pops and G so much for watching P&J - we are totally indebted to you!!!  :)
